Refund and Return Policy - Mivoras

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How to initiate a return: To start a return, please contact us at info@mivoras.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions and the correct shipping address.

Please note: Never send your package back to the sender's address on the packaging without contacting us first.

Return Conditions:

• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After approval, you have another 14 days to ship the item back to us.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (e.g., health, beauty, or hygiene products) if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The exact rates depend on the carrier you choose. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mivoras is not liable for return shipments that get lost in transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will refund the full order amount as quickly as possible, but no later than within 5 business days, to your original method of payment.
